We use airSlate SignNow for all our contracts. Our primary business is to place our customers with suppliers and execute contracts. Allowing our customers to sign electronically has improved our efficiency and allows customers the connivence to sign a contract anywhere.

I use sign now for a variety of documents. It is a very intuitive program to use. Mainly used for documents but the templates for NDA is easy to deploy and people find it very easy to sign documents without any problems. There are a lot of features that are easy to use. It saves email addresses, allows you to make templates which are very helpful since it expedites use on a larger scale.
  • Very easy to set up fields whether it's a signature, date, text box, text box for a template to be used in a contract
  • Allows you to create a link for a template that others can sign
  • Allows you to prioritize who signs first which allows you to have a good workflow.
  • Walks you through every step of the signing process.
  • It might do this but to intergrate contacts lists whether from Outlook or other email provides like Gmail and Yahoo.com
  • Perhaps add videos to walk people through more complex features
  • Add a learning module to introduce features that will allow more complex uses.
SignNow is particularly useful for simple documents, forms and contracts where there the fields are pretty standards- names, signature block, title. It would be helpful to have features that allow substitution of certain fill in the blanks such that allow you to use the same template but first have a dialog to integrate language for a person, corporation, partnership or LLP. I'm a lawyer and having the ability to assemble variation of this nature into one template would be helpful. Also (and it may do this) the ability to change the actual form/document within the a template would be useful.

I use SignNow to have clients sign legal documents electronically.

  • The "text" feature to invite a recipient is not good at all. Text cannot be adjusted as of now
  • Wish you could reorganize pages within a document. Currently you can only delete the page when editing templates/documents
SignNow is great for a cheaper alternative to DocuSign. It does everything DocuSign does, but is less expensive. The "create a link" feature is great for embedding in a website or email. I wish they would reduce the cost of the API as I would use them even more and would solve more problems I have using manual processes.

Our organization uses SignNow to execute agreements and sign documents digitally. This product allows our team to work remotely in a seamless manner. Our team's experience has been a pleasant one. The platform is relatively easy to use for both the administrator as well as the recipient.

With this new hybrid and office home work model, we needed software for signatures, date stamps and initials that is super trustworthy, easy to use for both user and receiver and SignNow hits all the spots. We compared it with DocuSign, Panda and Adobe and this is by far the easiest to use, the platform is super clear and direct, no-nonsense and very intuitive. We are thrilled with the purchase and will keep on using this software. It took care of every distance signature issue we had and now we work around this. Everyone in the office uses this software and we are very happy with it.

SignNow was a way for us to securely send and receive documents internally and to customers. We were able to create templates that were consistent and repeatable in order to be aligned on how we communicate customer facing documents. Once sent, we had an audit trail that would notify us when a document was opened, viewed, and signed which helped optimize our workflow and decrease inefficiencies.

Customer facing documents such as proposals and contracts were a good use case for SignNow. Being able to quickly get out documents and track the progress throughout the cycle made it more efficient for us as an organization. Being able to stay on top of where the documents were enabled our sales team to stay on top of things and create urgency when there was a slowdown.

WORST customer support. I told them 3 times that emails went to Other or junk. No use sending signature documents when they go to junk or Other. Then my lease companies told me they don't accept SignNow anymore. I guess it does not meet current legal requirements. Went to Adobe Sign and much happier.

I use SignNow to have all PMO (Project Management Office) related documents eSigned by all Project Stakeholders. As most of the Project teams are dispersed/remote, it helps to have an online/digital tool to get stakeholder signatures as part of project management. The scope of its use varies from project to project as needs arise.
  • Ease of setting up documents that require eSignatures
  • Ability to manage the order in which the document needs to be eSigned
  • Tracking the status of who has signed and who hasn't
  • Ability to 're-send' invites to team members who might have missed the original invite
  • Ability to download the eSigned documents for internal record keeping
  • Ability to 'Cancel' a particular person from an already sent invite without it affecting the rest of the eSigned doc
  • Ability to 'Replace' the Cancelled person with a new person, without having to re-do the entire process of setting up a document for eSignatures (which means those that have already signed have to sign again)
  • Make the process of editing invitees simpler (based on above observations)
I am mostly satisfied with the product. I appreciate that it is easy to use and/or to learn if unfamiliar with the product. The only difficulties I have faced are listed in my recommendations on how to improve the product further. I have also noticed that the user interface changes very often, but I am okay with that as it is part of improving the product.

SignNow has enabled me to get documents signed quickly and effortlessly when getting a wet signature would have taken several days or even weeks. In a global legal economy, SignNow has become an essential tool for my global practice. I no longer am forced to send original documents over the mail service hoping the documents will get to my client and back to me safely. SignNow enables me to get documents to any of my clients regardless of where they are in the world.

SignNow is well suited for legal practice and any other document intense career. I think this is a product that has become an essential part of my transactional practice. I do not think that the platform lends itself well to situations where an original signature would be required such as in the financial/banking world. Though, with the ever-increasing reliance on electronic signatures, I think the original signature requirements will become a thing of the past.

Our company uses SignNow for our Airbnb site. SignNow makes it easy to get contracts signed. The reason we prefer SignNow is because you can send contracts via text. Which is our best option as an Airbnb host. Without SignNow, we would need to message our customers through a message board to get an email address. The other reason we prefer SignNow is because of the instant notice we receive that the contract was signed.

Our initial purchase decision came at the height of the COVID pandemic when we needed to begin offering relief to customers unable to pay their bills. SignNow allowed us to provide an electronic form on our website that could be completed, signed, and submitted without having to come into our office. Since then, Sales and the Board of Directors have begun using it for contracts and important documents inside and outside our company.

  • The Account Management portion of the site doesn't fit with the rest of the utility. Updating that to match the look and feel of the rest of SignNow would be nice. It's just very utilitarian.
SignNow is easy to set up and easier for users - usually requiring little to no training to get started. We love the signing links that can be created and posted on our website and the ability to create shared folders within the platform that can be used by members of the same team (Accounting, Sales, etc.) without having to share logins. The biggest downside for us was having to involve Support to enable SSO. It would be nice to be able to turn that on and configure it on our own, but that's a minor inconvenience in the scope of things.

We utilize the service to have contracts signed and for internal HR processes as well, such as performance reviews, pretty much any document that we would like to have a formal acknowledgment for. This service has really helped us to move away from paper and become a more paperless environment.
  • It is pretty easy to bulk send documents
  • Signing is not an issue on mobile screens
  • The cost is very competitive
  • The interface could use a touch up
  • Notification for an outage would be great
  • A basic free account for a limited document user would be great as well
If you need to send a generic contract to multiple persons, this service is great, or if you just need digital contracts or documents to be signed. It's not a service to be used just for the sending of documents.

We use SignNow as a way to get yearly MSP contracts signed by clients. Our contracts are a standard form that need some blanks filled in based on the client. We use SignNow to fill in those blanks and send it off to the client for signature. Once the signature comes back we sign it, and then SignNow sends both of us a PDF copy for our files.
  • SignNow makes it easy for the client to move through the document. One click per field and the data is there. Sometimes I even just use the tab key.
  • SignNow is easy for me to move through when editing a document for sending. They color code the signers so it's easy for me to see who has to sign where. I can also set up in what order the signers have to sign.
  • SignNow's price is very good as well. What we get from sign now for the price we pay is equal to other companies 3 times the cost.
  • No templates on the free version.
SignNow is a great product for anyone who has paperwork that needs to be signed. No more chasing down clients, and having to worry about scanning signed documents in. It's also legally binding with the signature tracking file that SignNow offers with each document. There really isn't a scenario that SignNow isn't good for. If you need documents signed this product is for you.

SignNow is a great platform to use to complete documents by using their "PDF Filling" function.

Also, I use SignNow for all of my contracts/agreements/etc. SignNow creates a one-stop-shop. I can send clients my documents, each page is pdf fillable, & they can submit any documents I need (w/ the highest feature) all within 1 page.

My clients & I love the efficiency this company creates for us.
  • PDF fillable portions (signatures, dating, text, etc).
  • Sending agreements to my clients.
  • Completing & signing packets to send back to brokers.
  • Mobile app is amazing.
  • Customer service.
  • Website layout is smooth & clean.
  • Once I upload a document to add my PDF fillable portion, I cannot edit my documents.
  • Microsoft word integration.
When I get an unexpected call while driving, out & about, not around my laptop, etc, I can easily & quickly send paperwork to any at any time. No hassle at all.

As long as you have your templates pre-made, you are ready to go at any time.

The same goes for if I receive an email while out & about, I can download that document to my phone, fill it out in the SignNow mobile app, & send it right back.

I have been using this tool for personal purposes, and I was one of the promoters to implement it in our organization. Being a global firm, we have offices and workers all across the globe; our customers are also located in many different countries and cities. SignNow permits us to sign documents while on the road and from or to any location. The corporate license permits us to have a vault of signed documents and distribute them properly. We have different accounts for individuals and departments across the whole organization. The problem of physically signing, scanning, and distributing documents via courier has been reduced almost to zero.
  • Sell and leasing contracts are signed and returned digitally to and from any location. In my case, I am in charge of all Latin American countries, and our contracts include periodical renewals that are signed digitally.
  • Due to a high volume of inventory change, we do many amendments. These are signed digitally and accepted by all our customers.
  • Having a vault of signed documents, we have any necessary document available for immediate review.
  • SignNow is available for laptops, online, and for mobile phones and tablets. This means that we have all information on hands at any time.
  • The possibility to have corporate licenses helps to reduce licensing costs.
  • I even have access to documents in other countries/ languages with historical record
  • SignNow also send an email when all signatures are complete, indicating all details about the operation. This record will arrive to all persons involved
  • Validation certificate for digital signature is included. This document is being accepted by all countries I have been involved in Latin America and the Caribbean
  • A schedule for maturity and due contracts would be useful. Even if any administration software is in charge of that.
  • A document classification by type could be great. Personal, corporate agreements, distribution agreements, etc.
  • The possibility to have customers/users and documents file with different schedule classifications, and the possibility to be prompted when one of the pre-established documents is not available. For example, all contracts of type 1, must have document schedule A, B and C included and signed.
  • A more complete activity report for supervisors.
  • Historical reports for every year
This application is well suited for any firm or individual with plenty of legal documents to be signed/co-signed across large geographical areas. When time is gold, even different locations inside the same city could be a problem if you need immediate approval. If you are a supervisor and you have several employees using the software, besides saving additional costs, you have the possibility to supervise proper document handling. When not in a rush, and in low quantities, you still can go the old way of signing/scanning and re-sending documents without paying for any further software.

  • Interface in sending could be better - message to sender should be visible to change without having to click to show it.
  • Billing was really messed up upon renewal. It stopped working and said we had to pay even though payment went through and showed on the account page as paid.
  • Customer service is too hard to find and call. There was no posted number or email and no help option. It was very slow trying to contact someone and get it working when it locked us out.
Quick simple signing of a doc (and dating) is great. Would be nice if it could be edited if needed by the signer before signing.

We use SignNow both internally and externally for contracts, purchase orders, and other documents. It obviates the need to print, sign, and scan each document that is signed. We also use the bulk send feature to send out shareholder consents en masse in lieu of more time-intensive ways of collecting shareholder approval.
  • Fast uploading and signing of documents.
  • More affordable than most of their competitors.
  • By default and unlike Adobe and DocuSign, e-signatures do not have an indicator stamp around them, which makes it hard to tell that the document was signed using a verified e-signature program.
  • Lacks certain time-saving features, e.g. being able to add a field that will pre-insert the signer's name or email address.
  • Does not have a shortcut feature for when the SignNow user is the only signer of the document.
  • When adding text fields, it is hard to tell how large the text will be once filled in by the signer.
SignNow is well suited for simple uses like signing routine purchase orders.

SignNow facilitates me in my business in the Short Term Rental industry where I need to reach out to my guests and clients to have them sign a rental agreement! The product is so quick and easy to use and there is a mobile app! Which is tremendous! Highly Recommend!

I use SignNow to quickly send documents to other parties in legal matters for signatures. After all, documents are agreed to, I load them into SignNow and invite the other parties to sign. I primarily use it for signatures. I recognize that there may be used to filling it out on templates. I am looking into whether this makes sense.
  • Adding the signature fields is very easy.
  • Document upload is flawless.
  • I like their ability to easily download a document with its signing history.
  • Their tiered pricing is kind of silly. I hate that I need to pay for a higher tier to group several documents together to send at one time. This should be a basic feature. I shouldn’t have to spam other people with separate emails for each document.
  • SignNow offers a 7-day trial that allows for use of all features. I used this trial to send documents as a “document group.” Per my previous point document groups are at a higher tier and the groups that were previously created cannot be moved, archived, or deleted when the trial period ended. Not a gigantic problem, but one that is annoying nevertheless.
  • SignNow has an option to require the drawing of a signature. This requires that one contact customer service have it turned on. Seems like this should be a user option. I will note that customer service did respond very quickly to make the change.
Signing documents on the fly is very seamless. The price is very VERY good compared to many of its competitors. While I do think that the grouping of documents should be in the basic tier, it isn’t fatal to my usage. I have not taken advantage of the “forms” functionality yet, but this may also be useful.
